Wonderful Westbury

Unfortunately my faithful copilot was not so faithful and decided to look after her mother .

All a bit unfortunate as Lee from Cloudbase Paragliding had given the heads up that Westbury was the place to be . So off I went Jonny no mates to fly on my tod Pretty antisocial really.

Overcast skies and wind going into the top end region were hardly a promising start

With restricted airspace down wind the gaggle all shot out in front for the thermals.

What thermals they were . Exciting enough to make up for the lack of passenger.

Note Cloud base is cold when you are not carrying a wind brake .
